Business Impact of Web Activity

Hi All,

I am seeking material on how to assess the impact of web activity on the
overall business.

My clients and I are experimenting with ideas to establish models to
link the web activity to business outcomes. The challange is even
greater if the web activity is not transaction-based.

I have come across many research results on multi-channel behaviour that
indicate strong correlation between online and offline. I have also come
across how the automative industry is integrating the web activity into
their production planning.

I really would be interested in finding out who else is doing what.
