Actually that's not true. The URL may not mean anything to the search
engine, but the content and links and everything else on the page may make
the page quite relevant.

My dynamic pages are indexed all the time. And if you can manage to squeeze
in a couple of relevant keywords in the querystring - even better - but it's
not required. For instance, I may write a function to take the product name
of something and replace the spaces and odd characters with underscores,
then the URL might look like this:

Details.asp?id=1&cat=2&title=Dawn_Liquid_Dish_Soap

But even then, the URL is only one part of the equation, and depending on
the content in the page and it's relation to similar content on other sites,
a dynamic URL usually doesn't matter at all.
