Jan,

The reality is that the meta keywords tag doesn't really make any
difference. Many people believe it is completely ignored by most major
search engines. My personal opinion is that if you use it properly
(meaning placing just a few keywords) then it may help a bit, but in
the grand scheme of things, the meta keywords tag doesn't do much in
visible SERP (Search Engine Result Page) positions.

commas or spaces, it doesn't really matter, what does matter is that
you don't fill it up with lots of keywords. Place just the keywords
for the page that it is in. It is rare that these are more than 5 to
10 words.
