When you have that many product pages, you need to be thinking about
unique product descriptions, unique titles, unique meta description
and if you like unique meta keyword tags. The 3 are easy, but the
product descriptions may be difficult.

Rewriting URL's may help a search engine actually find the pages, but
if the differences between the pages are not significant you will have
an hard time getting them indexed.

URL Rewrites should be done by a programmer, but you would need a good
SEO consultant in order to get the URL's to work in your favor.
