Sending newsletter

I subscribe to a canned newsletter that comes to me as a PDF. I would
like to be able to send this out to my mailing list already opened for
them, so when they open the email it is ready for them to read. It is 4
pages long. Is there an easy way to do this? I haven't been able to find
any way so far. Any help would be appreciated.
