Issues with Cookies

Hi all!

First of all, I have enjoyed reading this forum and have learned a lot from
all of you. Thank you!!

I've got a question to throw out to all of you.

On our website, www.uniontelecard.com, we just instituted cookies to track
visitors on our website. We anticipated from the beginning that
approximately 2% of our customer who have their cookies disabled would have
difficulty logging into their accounts.

However, we have received many complaints from customers who have their
cookies enabled who are unable to log into their account. [We, of course,
asked them all to make sure that they did not disable their cookies by
mistake and they all came back saying that they checked and they were not
disabled]

These are customers who were able to log in before cookies were instituted
and despite the fact that their cookies are enable, they are unable to log
in.

Anyone have any ideas why these customers might be having login problems???
