Traffic Wholesalers

Hello,

My name is Stephen, I just subscribed to the list after hearing about it
from a friend and am looking forward to reading and participating in the
discussion.

I'm also hoping some of you may be able to help me right from the
get-go:

Could someone direct me to a company that is a wholesale seller of
direct website traffic (ie: through redirects, an ad network, or maybe
even non-intrusive pop-unders). By wholesale, I mean a company that
would sell a large amount of credits that I can then distribute to my
various clients?

 Any help would be greatly appreciated!
