This whole concept of selling targeted traffic is, in my opinion,
based on ignorance to say the least. Just think of it. How can you
sell targeted traffic? Where would you get that traffic?

What is targeted traffic? Visits to your website by people interested
in what your website has to offer. If you ask people if they like
apples, then most will say yes, but that doesn't mean they all are
interested in buying an apple right now. However most traffic sellers
define all those people as targeted traffic.

Perhaps you're talking about online marketing, rather than traffic. In
that case it's easy: Google Adwords, Overture, and all the other PPC
providers.

But perhaps I am totally not understanding it,. :) What is your
definition of targeted traffic?
