I haven't heard of SEO Matrix. I would stick with companies that are listed
in the SEO consultants directory. http://www.seoconsultants.com/ This is an
excellent resource for legitimate search engine marketing companies. Every
applicant is screened and reviewed internally and by a peer review network.
Their very strict member guidelines for inclusion help insure that the
company you select will actually be able to help you.
