It is not irrelevant at all. With so many unethical SEO firms out there now,
you have to look beyond the hype. If a person or company is advertising
that they know search engine marketing strategies and their own business
site has 0 PageRank, It should immediately throw up a red flag. A 0
PageRank could indicate that a site was removed from Google's index or has
been penalized because it was caught using unethical SEM practices.
I'm not saying that this company is unethical or has used unethical
practices, I'm just saying 0 page rank is an indication that something is
wrong and the interested parties should be cautious.
