I agree that investing in relevant content is one of the best kept secrets
of search engine optimization.

Although, I feel all that course is going to tell you is to make sure and
mention the phrase or keywords you are promoting, and then throw something
in along the lines of how to write in a conversational style and maybe even
the bonus of filling in your title tags, metatags, and stuff like that. In
other words - stuff you probably already know.

On the other hand, the price is cheap so even if it isn't very good, you
won't be out much.

Personally, I feel it would be in your best interests to get a couple of
books like:

On Writing Well

The Elements Of Style

And then look at sites like Pay Per Click Analyst (www.ppca.com) and others
for search engine optimization tips.

It's just my opinion, but a lot of those gimmicky sales pitch type packages
like the one you listed are just that - gimmicky.
