Email Consultant Needed

Hi All:
Is anyone on this list an email program consultant, as in the technical
side of emailing? We are having problems getting our opt-in messages
past spam filters. In some cases fully 50 percent of our messages are
not arriving at the addresses they are sent to. This is causing us some
serious problems. Our program is very similar to how this list works in
that people willingly wish to send and receive the emails back and forth
during the day, but many of the sent messages never arrive.

I am getting mixed responses from various sources on what to do about
getting non-spam mail past systems such as Baraccuda. I need someone who
can advise and educate me on a few arcane aspects of the email -
anti-email process. Of course I am willing to pay, and I can prove that
this is not a hidden attempt to learn how to get around spam filters!
