It's not a e-mail consultant that you need, it's a white-listed
mailing house. What most people don't realize is that ISP's can
apply to become white-listed so that no matter what they send, their
mail (and their clients') will get through.

This is how we manage our mailings with i-legions.

Just ask your mailing source who they're whitelisted with. If they
list AOL, Yahoo, MSN, etc., you're good to go.
