Hi,

        I'm new to the list have been lurkiing for the past week to make sure
I don't do anything dumb. Actually, I should say less likely to do something
stupid.

        Is it acceptable to post some text for use on a website or post card
and ask for feedback?

        I'm the president of E-Government.com. We specialize in Content
Management Systems (CMS) for municipalities and associations.

        I also have 25 years of programming and technical experience so
