Bill,

You should look at http://www.trafficleader.com/. I use them for SEO and
they are very good and not expensive.

One thing though. Good traffic does not come cheap. You pay for what
you get. Just because it is online doesn't mean it is all free and easy.

You should also attend the Search Engine Strategies Conference in NY NY.
I for one will be there and so will every SEO company worth their salt.
