There are so many considerations in answering you question meaningfully,
that there isn't enough space.

Bottom line is if you focus on an agreement with performance results,
control delivery of your ebook and use 3rd party $ collection, both sides
can be covered relatively easily. The other important issue, of course, is
what is being done to get your product in front of people and who is paying
for it.
