I have a community website in Pittsburgh at www.thesoulpitt.com
We also do web design www.soulpittmedia.com
I have an ad agent that sells advertising on my community site for
commission. Just recently from selling ads, she has also gotten me
extra web design business from some really big clients. To be fair,
we had to come up with a commission base for the web design.
It is based on the price of the site. The higher the cost of the design,
the higher her commission. She is an independent contractor and I
will give her a 1099 next year for her taxes. I found that because this
is all she does, I only need one sales person because she brings in a
great deal of business.
