         Few if any people will read a privacy statement, it's like a software
agreement. However, it covers potential lawsuits.

         I cobbled together one from a series of US Government sites
especially http://firstgov.gov (Great site BTW). Here it is on a client's
site.

         It's long but has the client's name in many places and usually
get indexed.

         Feel free to use any, or all, of it.
