CSS and search engines

Hi
One fundamental question on SEO:

One of my friends has a site http://www.maati.com. It is basically a
site on Organic Products and Lifestyle.

We have submitted the site manually to Google and a few other search
engines.

Of course, we've tried to wrk around the tags and building up link
popularity, but there's one thing we needed to get a little more clarity on.

The site's menus are CSS led. And we've submitted just one page of the
site, knowing that spiders follow links through a site. Does it happen
that the web crawlers/bots from Search Engines do not recognise links
throughStyle Sheets? Which means do we have to also place a text link
with links to all pages on the page URL submitted to search engines?
