There are a number of types of menus that cannot or may not always
be properly crawled by the search engine spiders. These include
certain javascript menus, CGI form menus, flash, java applets, and
others. It may well be that certain CSS methods also pose similar
problems.
 
The solution is straightforward. There is no need to change your
menu system. Simply supplement it by adding a "Site Map" link
somewhere visible on your home page _outside_ of your suspect
menu. Link it to a static page that lists and links to all of the other
pages of your site - or at least to the most important pages if the
full list is too extensive.
