Thanks to all who have posted responses to my query and/or contacted me
directly. Very helpful. This is one of those classic situations where
the product is already being produced and distributed to an early sign
up list for free, with no current paid sponsors, and so I've joined them
to see if we can switch to a syndication service model by getting large
organizations to pay to have it customized - sort of like custom
publishing. It's one of those situations where we're trying to figure
out if anybody will pay for the content itself, even on a micro level.
