Finding an ad rep firm

Hi,

I'm very new to this list, so forgive me for my basic questions.

I found this list while search for "ad rep firms" and "ad
management companies" (search terms may have varied a bit).
I have a web site that launched 17 months ago and is growing
like mad. I'd like to hire a company to sell our advertising, but
I'm having very little luck even finding such companies. I am in
talks with one major national company, but I'm not sure it is
going to work out.

Our April stats: We had 148K unique visitors and 7.5 million pages views.
Six month growth stats: Visitors: 202.5%, Visits: 78.5%, Page Views: 309%
Three month growth stat: Visitors: 60.6%, Visits: 30.7%, Page Views: 207.8%

Can anyone point me in the direction of finding a company to rep us?
Obviously, we're growing extremely strongly, and we're looking to
find the right company to grow with us!
