We're in the same boat as Jacky and Jodi, with a site that needs
advertisers.

We're not a small site, but have the same problems. Finding good ad
sales people is next to impossible, as most are already with firms, and
the firms are reluctant to take on new accounts, unless they are very
large accounts.

This seems to be an opportunity for someone to put together an agency
that does handle the smaller web sites. We're using Google Adsense now,
but it lacks the tight targeting we need. A real sales person would be
better able to handle individual site needs.

Perhaps the agency Donna Baxter-Hankins' mentioned would like to expand
further.
