Affiliate marketing.

We are currently looking at signing up as a merchant with an affiliate
marketing company. We've seen examples of how their system works on their
own site but having spoken to them this morning and asked for some example
affiliate url's so we could have a look at how it all appears to the retail
customer. I've been told that they don't give out that information as their
affiliates like their privacy. This has made me a little concerned as to
the validity of this company who claim to have 20,000+ affiliates.
