Hi Dan -

I think a key element to better conversion is web log analysis.
Typically, your web analytics will tell you a lot about visitor
behavior. And after some clickstream analysis (entry/exit pages - next
page flow etc), you can tweek the "purchase path" to be more focused on
visitor conversion.=20
