Dan,

You'll probably get this from everyone - but you only have four
products. So, while for anyone who has an interest in a poster of
Disneyland or Stanford your product is a perfect fit - for everyone else
in the world, there is no chance at all of a buy.

Are you going to add more places? More colleges? It would be interesting
to see how your conversion rate went up for each college you added. Or
what about towns, cities, other places of interest.

I guess you just have to massively widen your product range and your
conversion rates will grow with that.
