Hi Dan,

One idea would be to actually ask your visitors. Installing a live chat
tool on your site can be helpful in engaging customers and getting
feedback on why visitors are on your site and what they may want. There
are various live chat software programs on the market, some are even
free. We have had good success with interacting with the customers
while they are on the website.
