Wikis for business -- looking for info!
Hi, all -
I'm trying to learn more about using wikis for business. I'd like to see
how businesses are using them both internally and for clients, learn
about the best software, etc. etc.
Sites like Intuit's Tax Almanac
(http://www.taxalmanac.org/index.php/Main_Page) and of course,
Wikipedia, are very exciting to me as they've opened a new channel in
online community-building. While I don't think wikis are the next
"killer app" or anything, I'm interested in seeing IF,how and where they
might fit into an online marketing strategy.
If anyone is using wikis successfully (or knows of a company that is)
I'd love to hear about it.
Please share your thoughts, stories, opinions, etc. You've all been so
helpful and offered such great insights in the past, I look forward to
hearing your views on this topic.
