The Story behind Intermix/MySpace Acquisition

Hey gang,

Online advertising company Intermix, along with their
MySpace social network subsidiary, announced last week
that they would be acquired by News Corp (Fox Media)
for $580 million. The story behind it all is rather
fascinating, and Jay Weintraub and I have written an
article on the background to this acquisition that you
