I wanted to first thank everyone for the feed back on my first post.

We did beta test 50 out of 304 hotels with a 120x600 as well as 728x90
ads and here are the results.

30,000 impressions and 46 clicks for one week.

So here is my question. How do we sell a national ads company
on the quality of the impressions rather than the quantity?

We are looking to get $50-$75 per hotel per month.
The advertiser can sell campaign by exact demographics
or even % of ethnic group that stays in the hotel. We can even tell
them that hotel xyz is having a gay rights conference on
Jan 14th-17th. (Just an example) Problem is all the national guys want
either quadbilliontrillionmillion impressions per day or rev share.
Neither of these models works for us. We just want non fluctuating
recurring revenue.
We would love any feed back on how to make this or who can
make this advertising niche work for us.
