Contact Info Best practices

Hi All:

We are currently developing our site for launch across North America
(not global). We have some functionality on our site that provides local
information. We are a free-membership based service that will be
providing price-optimized search functionality for grocery store sales
in major centres.

My question, which is really a poll on best practices for contact info
on a web site, is this:

Does anyone have any experience with:
-only providing email contact info on their website (as opposed to
address and telephone as well)?
-the pros and cons of either of the above?
-moving from only providing email contact to adding address and
telephone number or vice-versa?

Please let me know if you have any stories to share with me.
