Paper files are simply easier to file and share with collegues. You don't
need any equipment to use them (other than eyesight and an ability to
read) - you can review them easily in any number of places/situations.

There is a whole big world out there outside cyberspace. Electronic files
have there place but e-books and electronic files will never replace
printed matter, its just another communications option.
