1-3% response is what I have expected to receive in my campaigns with an
offer, but, there are some factors to consider, was there an offer and was
it relevant or was it just editorial? What was the conversion scenario for
the click-through and how many abandoned part way through? Was the entire
newsletter yours or was it just an sponsored area or ad on the newsletter?
In any case, this is a good response for a general email with no offer and
within what I would consider my expectations of an email with an decent
relevant offer.
