Re: Tips to Drive More Quality Traffic

Your AVG site has a Google Page Rank of zero so you
should try to get lots of inbound relevant links to
your site.

Also, Google may be holding you down because you are
selling something that is owned by another company,
the well-known Grisoft, and they may reason that people
should go straight to the merchant rather than you, the
agent. You are not quite in the class of being an
affiliate marketer (I don't think) but Google may
perceive that you are just someone who take their
percentage simply for referring visitors to a product
made by someone else. They may think: why should we not
send people direct to Grisoft instead of this agent?

Once you realise that Google doesn't like you, you'll
be tempted to pay Google some money for an Adwords
campaign and they win again.

Many thousands of affiliate sites have been hit during
2005 like this. I have pages that are at the top of
Yahoo and MSN but are well down on Google. This all
began for me in July and shows no sign of recovery.

We will all have to learn to rely less on Google unless
we are offering something unique or of extremely high
quality.

Try MIVA for a PPC option - good penetration in US and Europe.
