Good solid web advertising

Hi all! I'm new!

I've always been the Web manager/producer for new or non-profit
corporations, now I'm at an agency and trying to put together media
planning budgets for a client for the first time. I've "listened in"
to the conversations about Yahoo! Publisher and GoogleAdWords, but
aside from a traditional banner ad at a news site, for example, I'm
at a loss for what to recommend to a client with a narrow fan base
(expensive small airplanes whose owners are very crazy about their
planes, similar to Harley-Davidson riders with their devotion) and
with a narrow budget.

And of course the boss wants it yesterday and I can't get any of the
ad reps at the companies to call me back...any ideas?
