Help! Writing an RFP for an agency search

Hello. You have all been the subject of agency reviews. I need help
crafting the documents that will help me conduct an efficient, quality
search on behalf of my client for an interactive agency to plan, develop
and manage a major online advertising program. Problem is, not sure
exactly what to ask or how to present it.

Does anyone out there have an example of a good RFP they could share with
me? Something someone sent you when they were conducting an agency
search?

Any help would be much appreciated.
