Yes, Google AdSense has a program for domain name owners whose domain
names generate 750,000+ page views per month: http://www.google.com/domainpark/

At last one domain name portfolio has been sold for over $100 million
dollars. Many
more people generate 6 & 7 figure incomes simply by serving ad pages on
undeveloped domain names. There's even a conference built around the business.
