Well, you are already late. Not only had the milliondollarhomepage hit it's
peak (when he sold his last 1,000 pixels for $38,100), but your banner idea
was done by http://www.pixelbannerads.co.uk/ late last year, and from their
stats I'd say that they are having trouble growing.

Your solution is similar, and your http://admatrix.us/ page is full of SQL
errors, which you need to fix or you will not get any more clients. The
other issue you need to deal with is ad content and relevance. Many
publishers have strong feelings about the content and types of ads you will
show on their sites.

I reported on them in December
(http://www.revenews.com/bradwaller/archives/001239.html) when they had 12
publishers serving 4168 ads daily, and now they report 56 publishers showing
12561 daily ads. That is growth, but you need millions on impressions to
get any traction.
