Affiliate programme managers

Hi,

I am looking for a professional agency which manages affiliate programmes.

I am looking at selling high value products in the region of Singapore and
Malaysia for a reputed PC brand.

Is there any agency based out of Singapore (or any part of the world that
can manage selling products in the region)- the agency will have to create
the affiliate programme and manage all issues (billings, affiliate
management, etc) and will get paid a healthy commission for all products
sold.

If you are or can recommend someone good, it'd be great! Thanks.
