Banner Trafficking...

Hi!

We are in the midst of restructuring our banner tafficking system in
our organization.

We are curious as to how other companies handle their banner trafficking
and turn-around time.

We (me) manages about 1600 banners online at a times on our various websites.
Our turnaround time from start (rep handing in insertion orders) to creation to
banner placement is 5 business days or 7 days including weekend.
I believe the industry standard is 15 days excluding testing periods for
3rd party bannercodes.

Questions for you are...

1) How many banner traffic people do you have managing your
banner setups per website?

2) Which banner adserver system do you use?

3) How many days is your banner turnaround time... from Salesrep to
Production to Placement online?
