Google Ad Words

Speaking of Google and Ad Sense. Is there any way to find out some of the
"destination" sites that are on Google's network for the Ad Words program?

I'm working with a small business that is considering the program. Our first
choice would be to build relationships with micro sites and to place ads
with them. However, I'm having a heck of a time find those sites. So our
thoughts are that Ad Words might be the way to go.
