Ad networks & tracking tools

I'm looking for a good and reliable ad network service based on a CPM
model for the most visited Serbian web site B92.net. We have around
600,000 page views per day and around 70 000 unique visitors per day.

I know several great ad networks. However, it is important that the ad
network has good cooperation with international web sites with non-English
content.

Also, we are looking for state-of-the-art tracking tool that can handle
this much of traffic without charging several thousand dollars per year.

I'm sure that on this great list there will be useful recommendations. If
you are vendor, feel free to contact me off the list.
