I have used others in the past and I am now using Constant Contact, it
offers all these metrics and is very conscious of the black-listing problem.
I have not had any problems.

I believe it was ClickZ or a research firm that did a study on the most
popular email services. Constant Contact came out one of the top ones and
that helped me make my decision. The entry level cost is $50USD per month
for between 2,500 and 5,000. Its less if you have fewer addresses. Look it
up at www.constantcontact.com.
