Unique Keyword volume

I've been using the OVTR tool and played around with
Wordtracker. However, they seem to map the volume
together - i.e. they give a single estimate of the
search volume for all variations of the phrase
including plurals, etc.. So, the total search volume
they show is that for online widget + online widgets +
widget online + widgets online.

QUESTION: Does anyone know if there's a KW tool that
will show unique search volume for a specific keyword
phrase? In other words, I want to know search volume
for KW= online widgets or widgets online, not the
overall volume for all varations of the phrase.
