Starting at the very beginning?
OK...here goes... hold onto your hat ;-)

Does the amount of money spent bring
in more profitable customers than other
promotional methods?

If you can track the clickthrough to the
sale, you can answer that question.

Next: Did the impression have a larger
positive impact on the public's perception
of your brand than other methods of getting
the word out? If you conduct classic brand
surveys, you can answer that.

I know this is super basic, but it's a place to
start the conversation...
