For a company in your position, I would suggest that you draft (or have
drafted for you) a Press Release detailing your service and distribute
this to local media in your area (i.e., both Print and Broadcast). In
our experience, a carefully crafted PR campaign can deliver exposure and
more importantly 'credibility' to your service/organization at a far
lower cost than that of paid placement (advertising) and with more
effectiveness.

At our firm we recommend that ALL of our clients use PR to build their
Brand and then use Advertising to sustain it. This is far cheaper, more
effective and just makes sense.
