I saw you are looking for a way to get people to your site. You need to
go the ticketed events to get your site known, that is your target
audience.

Are you able to print flyers and hand them out at all ticketed events?

I know people still stand in line when concerts are announced. When it
is a huge concert and many of the people do not get tickets they are
looking for something to do. You could hand a flyer to them and they
will peruse your site and possibly add it to their favorites. You can
do this at sporting, theater, and other ticketed events as a very low
cost alternative; it just requires some legwork.
