Just to clarify, I wasn't implying that late paying on the part of
advertisers or agencies was acceptable. It's not. Nor was I implying that it
was the norm. I was simply stating that it happens, it is (unfortunately)
part of the advertising industry - especially when agencies are waiting to
be paid by clients, and publishers have other options they can explore if a
network does not pay in a timely manner.
