Video ads - Pre-rolls on our portal

My name is William D'souza , working with Rajshri Media (P) Limited.

Rajshri.com is the only online destination for all rich Indian Video
content. Rajshri was the only broadband site to premeire a full length
movie Called "VIVAH" online the day and date of its theatrical release .
We have a lot of traffic coming from US, UK, Canada, UAE, Singapore,
Middleeast and europe. I would like to know who buys pre -rolls and
targets these markets? what should be the CPM pricing for pre-rolls,
post - rolls and mid-rolls?
Can some one help me out.
