Hi William

Pre-rolls are primarily bought by brand advertisers. They are not a
direct marketing play. While some advertisers are producing video
specifically for online, the majority are repurposing tv shorts. CPM
pricing for pre-rolls in the U.S. ranges from $5 to $15 CPM, however
like all advertising it is worth whatever the other person is willing
to pay for it.
